Accessibility Statement
We aim to provide a website that is usable by people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies.

Our commitment
Castelli Chiropractic Center works toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a target for this public website. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a claim of perfect compliance or certification.
The statement covers public pages, navigation, text, images, links, and controls on this website. External services such as scheduling and maps are operated by their respective providers and may have separate accessibility support.
What we work to support
- Keyboard access and visible focus indicators
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and descriptive links
- Readable contrast, responsive layouts, and text zoom
- Reduced-motion preferences and alternatives to moving content
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Clear notices that do not rely on color alone
Report an accessibility problem
If a page, link, control, document, or outside handoff is difficult to use, call or text the office. Please share only what is needed to locate and understand the barrier:
- The page URL
- A general description of the problem
- The assistive technology or browser used, if you choose to share it
- Your preferred contact method
Do not include medical information, disability details, diagnoses, insurance information, or completed patient forms. A confirmed response-time commitment is still under practice review.
Alternative access
We will make a reasonable effort to provide the requested information or service through an alternative method while an accessibility issue is reviewed. For scheduling, use ChiroTouch or request assistance by phone or text. Accessibility reports are not routed through a medical-intake system.
Get assistance
If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 rather than using an accessibility-reporting channel.
